Central giant cell granuloma in a 10-year-old girl: microsurgical reconstruction with a microvascularized fibula flap

Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) are rare, proliferative, benign bone tumors characterized by an abundance of multinucleated cells. It affects children and young adults, predominantly women, in the second third decade life, it’s commonly found mandible. The main treatment for is surgical excision with free histologic margins; case mandibular involvement, use a vascularized composite flap represents standard functional reconstruction. We present female patient first life CGCG aggressive type, located ascending branch right angle.
